Heritage Persia is a tour agency based in Iran, holding an official operating license from the Isfahan Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts & Tourism Organization. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
Definitions
- "We", "us", "our", "Heritage Persia" refers to Heritage Persia, a tour operator based in Isfahan, Iran.
- "You", "traveler", "client" refers to the person making a booking and any additional travelers named on that booking.
- "Services" refers to any tour, transfer, accommodation, visa-assistance, insurance-assistance, or related service booked through Heritage Persia.
- Where a booking includes more than one traveler, the person who confirms the booking is treated as the designated contact for, and confirms acceptance of these Terms on behalf of, every traveler named on it.
Bookings & Payment
- Bookings must be made through the website, WhatsApp, or another channel confirmed by our team
- We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cash payment; international credit/debit cards are not usable inside Iran due to sanctions restrictions
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are fixed in the currency confirmed at the time of booking and will not change once confirmed
Sanctions & Compliance
Iran is subject to international sanctions programs, including measures maintained by the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. These restrictions are the reason foreign-issued credit and debit cards cannot be used inside Iran, and why we rely on the payment methods listed above.
It is your responsibility to confirm that traveling to Iran and transacting with an Iranian tour operator does not violate the sanctions, export-control, or travel regulations of your own country of citizenship or residence before booking. Heritage Persia reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where we reasonably believe accepting it would breach applicable sanctions law.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by itinerary and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made in advance of departure are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs and any costs already incurred (such as prepaid hotel or visa fees). As a general guide:

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Costs already paid to third parties on your behalf (such as prepaid hotel deposits, domestic flights, or visa fees) are non-refundable regardless of notice period.
Visas & Travel Documents
It is the traveler's own responsibility to ensure their passport and visa are valid and accurate. While we assist with the visa application process, final visa approval rests with the relevant Iranian authorities, and Heritage Persia is not responsible for visa denials.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to comply with local laws and dress codes in Iran and to take reasonable care of their personal safety and belongings during the tour. We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that explicitly covers Iran before departure.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (such as dietary needs, room preferences, or accessibility requirements) when notified in advance, but such requests are not guaranteed and do not form part of your booking contract unless we confirm them to you in writing.
General Terms
- The person confirming a booking must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate, complete information for every traveler on the booking.
- These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Iran. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
- Heritage Persia may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that booking.
- Information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Heritage Persia makes reasonable efforts to ensure tours proceed as planned, but is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, policy changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
